So i snapped my reverb button, inside the barrel. Having bought the ludicrously expensive button, how easy is the fix? Will I need to bleed it, and if so, how much more will that cost me?

Are there any guides anywhere? I can't find anything on youtube.

is it the whole lever or just the button?

the pin that goes into the body - snapped about a milimetre into the remote body.

Likely you'll need to bleed it

If its the hose side of things its dead easy, just the same as shortening the hose itself - http://m.youtube.com/results?q=shortening%20a%20reverb%20hose

I snapped my hose the other day at the lever end at the start of the ride and hit the button on the ride and knocked most of the fluid out. The hose replacement procedure (presume that youtube link above) sorted it. And is very easy to do.

There is a sort of metal staple on the bar side of the remote, you have to pull that out to remove the plastic aperture that the pushrod goes into. Hopefully someone can post a better description as mine only went one way - never back together again!
