I placed an order last week with CRC and received everything in good time, but I was taken aback with the conversion with a certain Murray, one of the tech advisers.
He has a suspect sense of humor but made buying quite enjoyable, anyone else have this dude on the phone? Seems to be a fan of steel!

I've had an email exchange with him that made me laugh. I bought a commuter off them and it came without a few minor bits. They had to post them out and got 2 bells in the first pack, then another. He recommended I open a bell emporium on ebay.
