Sent them an e-mail last week and not had a reply. Are they slow, not in business, or having IT issues?

I sometimes tend to ring to make sure sometimes there's only one guy keeping the ship afloat so hes stretched a week is nothing in the glacial pace
would your email address perhaps get dumped in the spam i get asked a lot of questions which i only discover if i ever look in it

Cheers. I'll give them a bell then. I'm only after some rivet on hose guides, black alu. Want to epoxy on for a dropper post.

Peter is a good guy, but I think it's basically him, so probably gets snowed under sometimes. If you get stuck, I've got some of those guides too - probably got them from him in the first place!

I've ordered from them without out any probs. They might have been slow, but I can't remember, though I don't think they were. I assumed from the website that it was a one man band and I wasn't going to get Amazon like service in the first place, so wasn't worried.

All my orders recently have been with me in 2-3 days - certainly as good as Amazon ๐Ÿ˜‰

I was thinking of three per bike and there could be five bikes to do between us.

His packer is away at the moment - I got a late evening email from him yesterday ๐Ÿ˜‰

I'll tell him you're after some stuff.
