[Closed] Carbon road bike chainstay noise

I get some chain slap which reverberates through the frame. A neoprene chainstay guard off my mountain bike works but I'm looking for a nicer looking solution. Cervelo provides padded chainstay guards - anyone know where I can get one or advise something else that may work?

Thanks

Mostly in big ring on front, small on back. Chain is the right length. My lbs says the tolerances are tight on the frame (a full on race bike).

Chain is two months old (the entire bike is 2 months old). What is self amalgamating tape?

I would layer up heli tape in the problem area.

Its a rubberised tape that only sticks to itself, there is no adhesive on the tape itself.

Running big ring / small sprocket you definitely shouldn't be getting chain slap unless your are riding Paris-Roubaix. I'd look at your B screw adjustment or shortening your chain.

Small ring / small sprocket is where you should get chain slap.
