Fairly happy 'nipping up' grips, shifters and brakes until they feel right...less confident with the stem...tend to err on the side of 'good n tight' with an alu bar.
Use brain/judgement, or invest in a torque wrench?

FFS just buy a TorqueKey, they are less than £15!

Tighten until you hear a crunch, then back off quarter of a turn.

br, you seem a little agitated, are you alright? Torque key, eh? Didn't even know these existed...I will take a look, thanks. Have a little sit down though fella, I'm worried about you :-*

get everything even by feel plus look at the gaps around the stem clmap so the gaps are all even
also good to ehck that your stemp clamp area (as other brake clamps) has no sharp edges etc
