I am 5 10 on a large (carbon but the geo is the same).
I couldn't envisage riding a smaller frame. I am running a 35mm stem but I am used to a DH bike.
Feels perfect for me.

I'm bang on 6ft and have a large carbon capra. IMO it needs to be bigger. My last bike was an SC Bronson C XL but some **** Knicked it. It rides well in general but I feel a bit squashed climbing and for some reason a bit front heavy / nervous going over jumps and drops with it. That said, when I do, it lands like a cat and skips over rough ground incredibly well. I am only about 10 rides in with it though and sure I will find my feet with it. For the money it is great but if they had an XL available I am sure it would be even better.
My pal got an alloy Capra last week he's 5.10 and I persuaded him to order a large he loves it and I would definitely not even consider a smaller size if I order one. I'm about the same height.
