Anyone tried to claim on canyons warranty at all yet?
My nerve started creaking over past couple of weeks and lbs reckon there is a crack in the headtube.
Only seem to have heard good things, but has anyone any experience of sending a frame back on warranty?
Are they any good or is it a huge wait?
