Hi,
I am trying to work out and find a good source for the title please. I've got as far as http://derailleurhanger.com/fourplusholes.htm but I'm not 100% on which one it is.
All help is greatly appreciated.

You need the model 25. Just order one from Canyon, the link says 2013-14 but the 2015 is the same.
