Hi. I'm attempting to access the member's discount page but no joy.
I'm logged in to the site and I can click on the Member's Zone tab. I then click on "Save" and am tempted by all the lovely discounts. When I click "Member Discounts" I'm asked to enter my email address and then told to check my inbox (within an hour!), which I duly do. On opening the email that has been received I click on the link and am told that "This link is expired or has already been used. Please request another."*
I am literally clicking the link within 15 seconds of the email arriving.
Anyone else get this problem? Am I missing something obvious?
