Have started using the cloud and photo stream and have got some pics I want to delete from the cloud and even organise the ones i keep but there seems to be no option to do this. Am I missing something or have apple just overlooked this obvious feature?
No you can't delete photos from photo stream. I think if you turn photo stream off, delete the pics you don't want then turn it back on it gets rid of them. Another flaw with ios5.
I can get rid of the photo stream pics just not any from the cloud. Pretty crud really.
Just tried that and it doesn't work. It's crazy though, say you got out and take a load of pics and only a couple are worth keeping but youve still got them stuck on photo stream. Doesn't make sense.
How did you get rid of them from photo stream?

I think photo stream only keeps the last thousand photos or so... oop, and you can delete the whole thing!

Photo Stream is crap it needs some serious work, I've switched it off.

Yes I've taken to turning it off and only uploading once in a while when I want to transfer pictures. Thing with that is you have to delete the stuff you don't before sending it to the cloud. Bloody ridiculous you can't manage the stuff you upload.
I have cloud on it's great for most other things just a huge oversight not being able to delete photos from the stream.
