Can anyone help me? I have this headset on a year old Blur LT 2. It has started making a clicking noise (like a small stone hitting the frame) when I pull up on the bars or drop down a rock step. I can also make this noise happen if I rock the bike with the front brake on or twist the bars with the front wheel between my knees. There is no play in the headset and it is nice and smooth and everything looked good when I took it apart today to investigate.

mine does that too , try a little smear of grease where the bearings fit in the ali cups . Probly just the top one fretting when the bars are twisting it.
