Many thanks to Podge and Alcopop for finding me a hub. Here's what I did with it, chaps.
Well, so far, anyway:

Extra points for identifying the frame and what I'm doing with the hub and frame that's a little ...nonstandard.
specialized singlecross?
you;re fubaring it aren't you ๐
nexus 8 with the coaster brake removed?
Mobile butter churn?
Almost there on the frame. But not quite.
Quite possibly fubaring it, yes. ๐
thomthumb again, close but no cigar. ๐
Specialized tricross single speed 2008?
Bingo. So I'm guessing you've worked out what ungodly things I'm doing to the Nexus, then?

Done! A track spaced bike (120mm oln) with a Nexus hub gear. Not much is right about this bike, of course. Even the skirting board is wonky.
That looks great.
I have a track end frame which I have fitted a SRF-3 sturmey hub and bar end shifter. It's great and simple but the steps between the gears is massive.
Saw thish and thinking of doing the same. How do you re-space the Nexus hub? Is that the latest model?
That looks excellent, Ben. I also have a Tricross Single in my collection and adding a Nexus would be an interesting prospect.
I assume you needed a couple of washers or similar to space it out on the non-drive side?
Cheers, Rich
