Mate and I booked bikes on the Glasgow-Oban train a couple of years back and there was all sorts of trailers and stuff being loaded on. Seems like the guards will turn a blind eye as long as it's not blocking anything.

When are you thinking of travelling?

we took cargo bike with ultra stufffed panniers and a mtb with tag along on the same train the other day.. twas only exmouth to exeter tho..
