Had to get a free code to watch it live (from Facebook) so don't know if you will still need one but you could watch it when you want instead.

you can get the code from scott if you have facebook, but you only need that to watch the mens race, the womens is free iirc.
yes if you subscribe to the eurosport player. it isn't that expensive, you might find a feed on justin or cycling fans, but they never seem to last very long.
