[#652424]

I'm in the throws of doing up an old road bike, and am buying lots of Dura Ace bits off Ebay to kit it out. All well and good so far, only one problem... the front mech I bought attaches to a brazed on hanger, rather than a "band on" (like I need). Do i need to bang it back on t'bay and get a new one, (which seem more expensive?) or is there somewhere I can buy a band, that it will attach too?

I have a vivid memory of seeing such a thing recently. Have you tried SJS Cycles?

Yes. You can get bands/adapters so it can be made to work. SJS is a good place to start the quest.
