Front Pike, post mount. Fitting 200mm rotor.
Rear, frame post mount. Fitting 180mm rotor.
So need one of these fpr frony: 203mm Rotor - PM160 Fork
Then one of these for frame: 180mm Rotor - PM160 Fork
Thanks!
Yep, those are the ones
Cheers bud!
Are they..? If your putting 200mm discs on then ideally you'll have a 200mm or +40 adapter on the front. The 203 is a fraction bigger.
Rear is frame dependent. If your frame is 160mm then that's right but it could be anything from 140-180.
is your rotor 200 or 203?
If 200 then you ideally want a 200 adapter. You can get them but not from Shimano as they don't do 200mm rotors.
Hope do and you might also be able to get them from Avid and Uberbike.
On another note when did shimano brake mounts get so expensive? I normally pay £6-7 for them, they are getting towards Hope money now.
And talking of hope, if your brakes are Hope E4 or V4 then shimano 203 pm and 180 pm adapters won't fit as they foul on the caliper body. Hope ones are curved to clear them, avid also work but not on the V4 due to the larger piston.
Sorry for late reply, forgot about this post.
Mounting Guides to frame and fork, 200mmm rotor at front.
I wonder if the 203 mount might all moves the caliper out a little too far, will see when it's build up.
As for cost, yes, surprised me a bit too if I'm honest.
I tried some cheaper ones off eBay but the manufacturing quality left a little to be desired.
I should add they weren't Uberbike or whatever, just generic ones.
