So can I somehow load this route https://www.runtastic.com/en/routes/esher-common-cobham-and-oxschott on my Galaxy S3?
If not could I put it on a Garmin?
As usual no technical terms please, imagine you are trying to explain it to a spaniel.

The link you provide doesnt't seem to have the actual file(at least I can't find it).
If you can download it ten tell us what type of file it is (GPX) for example.
