We put on a little Cotswold sportive yesterday as part of our riding activities at Chavenage House. NFTO pro cycling lent me one of the team cars for a couple of days and very nice it was.
Great that Aussie national crit champ Steele Von Hoff (theres a good name) came down and rode the long course. There was an incident with his bike on the way down which resulted in it bouncing down the M5...big smash in the TT. Anyway, if you have a name like Steele Von Hoff wrapping a bit of Gaffa round the hole and riding 80 miles of Cotswold hills seems appropriate!
