Probably not but...
I just got the rather extravagant EDC Pump & tool for my birthday 🙂
And then found that this exists which screws into the end of it

But it's only sold with the quicklink pliers which I don't need. Does anyone know if you can buy just the jabber on its own?

I just cut some of the handle off a normal one and glued it in.

The thread is meant for holding co2 cartridges as well. Should be trivial enough to glue the tool from cheap kit into the thread cut from an old cartridge. If you search there are pictures out there of people fitting a dynaplug in this way.
