I'm not going be able to get out for proper riding for at least the next months so I'm looking for a good turbo trainer to at least keep some fitness. Can any one recommend a good one?

Thanks
Dave

Tacx Flow for proper power training

Tacx swing for HR only bashing

Whatever you do, get a rim drive one, not one that sits on the tire. You get that horrible pedal lag with the latter, rim drive ones much smoother and quieter, and worth the extra cash.

I'm trying to decided between a Tacx Flow, or a Kurt Kinetic Rock and Roll. The Kinetic is more expensive, but really cool. But the power function would be really nice....
