Try Euro Quality Coatings Ltd, based in Rumney, Cardiff.Apparently they do the powder coating for Brompton(they didn't tell me that, it was the driver delivering the frames), they came into our shop offering bike coating services a few months ago.

Argos are good, but use stove enamel. Not as durable as powder coat in my experience.
