As per, I have a QR Hope Pro III SP wheel, can it be modified/made to fit a QR15 fork? Is this a Black and Decker moment or is it fundamentally not possible..?

Yes you can. Get the right adaptors, old ones out, pop them in and off you go.
I'd linky to the adaptors on Chainreaction, but the 'server is too busy' Poor thing.

I reckon the adaptors are for the AM wheel, looks like a bigger axle that I have on my wheels... Will check.

the middle ones in the link fit the pro3 hubs.
