Hi guys, anyone used this set-up, or know if it works?

No, it won't. 10spd Ergos will work perfectly with a Shimano 8sp cassette or you slightly bodge to 9spd

The rear mech won't work as the pull is different, however the cassette will work to a fashion. But it'll be better to stick to either all Campag or all shimano (or Sram)

There is some info on http://www.highpath.net/
about indexing and compatibility

the distance that the rear mech has to move sideways to be directly under the next sprocket is
10 sp (Campag) 4.15 mm
10 sp (Shimano) 3.95 mm
so this will mean a difference of 9 x 4.15mm=37.35mm and 9 x 3.95mm =35.55mm over the 10 sprockets.
