Going camping with the family this week,
just packing up, and we'll of course be bringing some bikes
now do I bring my nice Soul, or cheapy pub bike.
A bit worried about having bikes chained up at the camp site whilst we go out for the day etc, but it would be nice to go off for a nice spin on my nice bike 😉 Might be going near dartmoor and I hear you can cycle around there...

Yes but its hard to lock it TO anything in the tent ;(
Left ours locked to the trailer on hols this summer, failing that I usually lock it to a chair etc inside the tent.

have you asked the camp site if there is anywhere to lock a bike to?
I think you need to talk to the campsite. In the lake district there were signs up saying that campsites were being targeted by bike thieves.
I think out of site is a higher priority than locked to.
