I have a Centaur ultratorque compact chainset (34/50) on my cross bike.
Want to replace inner ring with something a bit bigger for road use (don't like the 50-34 jump).
Don't want to pay Campag prices.
What's compatible with the 110/112 offset bcd?
TA
Any idea which model?
Better than Stronglight?
Nerius IIRC.
Cheers.
(And what was I thinking - TA always better than Stronglight..!).
Oh, and 10spd TA rings work fine with 11spd if you're worried... as my SO has been using them for the last year as TA hadn't brought out 11spd rings when she upgraded her TA 155mm cranks.
Admittedly I need to make time this weekend to strip down my road bike and change it from '05 Chorus to '12 Chorus - still retaining the original UT cranks but with new TA rings.
I just did it the other way - put a 48t TA Nerius on, so now 34/48t. Much better/closer jump between rings, and the 48t spins nicely when hammering!
