AS above really, mine really hums now, I dont remember seeing a machine washable label on it, but can it go in my washer ??

as above, yep you can. I sometimes put all my pads, camelback etc in the machine for a rinse after a ride. Removes all the mud.... A full wash every so often.
Also keep the bladder in the freezer, I only put water in mine and have never had to clean it (had it years).

Found my Camelbak Ventoux covered in 5 year old dirt in the garage last weekend. Stuck it in the machine on a mini 30 degree wash and it's almost like new. Job done!
