The long Easter weekend saw plenty of mountain bikers descent on Calderdale to ride some ace trails and frequent many of the eating & drinking establishments that had suffered so badly in the flooding over Christmas. Many thanks to The Hebden Picture House, Blazing Saddles, Drink?, The Old Gate, Lamppost Cafe, Cycle Factory, The Golden Lion and all of the other establishments that welcomed us ๐Ÿ™‚

Looks like a good ride and there are some fantastic pictures there, the first in particular! Will be up that way in a couple of weeks, trying not to fall off and spending the hard earned in various boozers. Last ride's rehydration session in Hebden saw my mate end up cycling into the canal - whilst en route to the train station - after perhaps one too many ales..

Brilliant photos. They're inspiring me to dig the bike back out.

If I can do 4 days of mountain biking after not touching one for a year you can at least grab a bike out ๐Ÿ™‚
