Hi all
Just building new bike and need to work out how many links in chain?
I have a Nukeproof Mega AM, 32t up front and 11-36 at back.
Zee clutch mech.
Anyone have a simple guide?
Cheers

Yep.

Thread the chain up on the smallest sprockets and cut it to leave the mech cage horizontal without rubbing on itself

or

Thread the chain up onto the largest two sprockets and set the mech cage at 45 degrees past vertical (4-5 o'clock position)

The first method will leave the chain as long as possible, the second as short as is practical, but there's usually only one link difference with a 3x9 setup, for example 🙂
