[Closed] C2W - best frame & fork with the worst spec....

Righto I have collected a fair number of reasonable quality spares over the years. I'd like to use them to build into a winter mtb/commuter. Literally all I expect to need is a frame, headset & fork. I'd like something half decent but whenever I look to price stuffup (even secondhand) I keep thinking about the fact I can get a whole new bike through the C2W scheme for relatively little.

So what is the best spec'd frame & fork out there with the worst spec (as it will potentially be replaced)

I suspose I could always sell the parts and put that towards a cannondale badboy...
