As far as I can see without spending a fortune all there is is the Alpkit ones.

I need QR both ends for anew swift.

Building is an option but really have a £300 budget for wheels & tyres...

Any other options??

I think the Specialized Roval Fatties can be used B+.

The Alpkit LoveMud ones at £200 look like great value and the rims are very similar to scrapers!
