try Customs&Excise website ?

Not sure if there's a lower threshold below which you don't pay, but you generally should pay import duty (4% I think on parts - more (15%?) for built bikes), then VAT and maybe a handling charge for the carrier (plus VAT)

(or possibly nothing if undeclared & "gets" through)

If you're going to get stung, make it worth it. £3 of duty and £10 handling charge on £20 of tshirts was NOT worth it.

At that price the risk isn't worth it for me. The charge that goes with an application of duty by the courier is normally £10-20 on top of the vat and fee.
