I could be being a bit dense, but I can't figure it out from the HMRC site.
I'm thinking of buying a bike that I can't get here, but have found it in stock in Germany. If I buy it, do I have any additional costs once I have paid the bike shop for the bike and shipping?

No,duty+VAT already paid in EU.

Lots of people here bought insanely cheap XTR BBs from Rose in Germany recently and didn't pay VAT or import... HTH
