I caught my pannier on a bike path width restrictor this morning on my way to work. It's a Chinese Ortlieb copy, so unlikely I'll be able to get a direct replacement. Snapped one of the clips off, luckily emergency zip-ties to the rescue!
Anything better than an original Ortlieb QL1 rail and hooks combo? The rail on mine falls right between the long and short size, which is awkward, but it looks like the long will actually fit. £18 stupidity penalty doesn't seem too excessive.

I've never broken an Ortlieb fixing despite daily use, so I'd go for that.
