Stayed at Torrent Walk campsite last year but they're fully booked this year.

Does anyone have any recommendations for bunkhouse style accomadation on a budget?

We'd be look to do Coed Y Brenin, Betws Y Coed and Coed Llangdella over a weekend so somewhere fairly central to that.

Cheers!

Cae Gwyn Farm is about 1/2 mile from CyB and was spot on when i stayed there. Cheap too!

Don't be tempted to take the caravan!

Eric Jones's bunkhouse Tremadoc £5 a night and a good cafe in the morning...he's a top guy too....stuff he's done since retiring puts most 20 something adrenaline junkies to shame! http://www.ericjones-tremadog.co.uk/

There are log cabins for reasonable prices at Trawsfynydd holiday village about 3 miles north of coed y brenin:

Another vote for Cae Gwyn Farm here.

Only downside is the road climb back to the barn after youve finished at CYB for the day. Can be utterly crushing and punishing if you're already knackered.

I stayed in the torrent bunk barns just ouside of Dolgellaa at easter. They were nice. Really good showers too. Also I noticed a bike wash ( i was there on a walking holiday). Have fun wherever you stay though. Not sure you can go too wrong.
