It's really so simple there's no need. Just knock out the qr adaptors and then it's all set for 20mm. It really is that easy.

The QR set-up uses 6902 x2, 6001 x 1 & 6002 x 1
The 12mm set-up uses 6902 x 3 & 6002 x 1

Basically the 6001 bearing needs replaced with a 6902.

I am 95% sure it's the outside one on the non-drive side - whatever, it's the one that the 12mm axle won't go through.

Basically
- lever off the "QR" spacer on freehub side
- freehub body should just pull off - do it inside a carrier bag to catch any escaping pawls and springs)
- knock axle through from drive side
- knock the new bearing onto the disc side of the new axle
- knock the axle/ bearing into the hub shell and ensure everything is seated right (if you don't have the Hope drifts you can improvse with a socket set)
- push on the freehub (you can use the seal to hold the pawls and springs in place; locating the hub should seat the seal anyway)
- put the drive side spacer in place (if there is one, can't quite remember and it's too dark to check)

Oh, and clubber - the QR adaptors unscrew from a Bulb with a 5mm allen key in each end. No amount of

will free them.
