evening,
on todays glorious ride round the dusty (yes I know I've doomed us all with that one phrase) Hampshire hills I kept getting bugs in my helmet, some of them quite big and stingy. any suggestions for keeping them out?

I'd see a doctor mate, I'm sure he'll be able to give you a cream for that.

old stocking over your vents - handy if you're going to turn over a branch of Barclays on the way home, too

You could buy a helmet with an inbuilt mesh to keep the bugs out. I have an MET helmet with the mesh and it works a treat 😀

Buy a helmet with mesh in - My Uvex does and it is great...shame I bought mrs_oab a Giro sans mesh... 😳
