it something big on a loose downhill section today and i lost air from the tyre, stopped, took a look and couldn't hear or see any bubbles, etc so just popped some more air in.... 2 mins later tyre deflates, this time i found the leak....a small ding in the rim was letting a bit of air out ๐ what next do i try to un-ding the rim, apply more tape to the area or do i need a new rim??? the ding really is minor, i'm surprised it had any effect tbh. Any advise gratefully received....
cheers

Ummm inner tube ? ๐ณ
lol, yes i fitted a tube to finish the ride but i'd like to 're-tubeless' the wheel if possible?
Erm, yeah...
Embrace the change, old man! Get some of those new-fangled inner tubes!
I've successfully un-dinged a Mavic UST rim in the past. Carried on using it tubeless.
Give it a go, you've nothing to lose really.
there is a guy on this forum with a stans 29er wheelset on his Rajiin and he still uses tubes FFS
No Names but he is the first reply on this topic ๐
Take off tyre, use molegrips etc to straighten rim then add more latex.
