So looking for a different set of bars for my 2nd bike and going to buy matching stem just because!
I want to keep same size bars and sweep (750mm 9deg back, 5deg up), just with 20mm rise rather then my 5mm rise bars and around the same stem length (70mm).
On a tight budget so looking at the 2 below. Any opinions on the 35/31.8 debate?
The only issue is that the Haven stem has a slightly higher stack height (2mm more) so would need to get a 5 and 3 mm spacer rather than the 10mm ones I have but not a big issue.
So Haven 35:

and Havoc 31.8

Both come in under £60 for bar and stem which is ideal as on a tight budget!
Not sure there's much benefit in a 35mm bar, esp in aluminium. But since you're buying stem anyway, I'd have the lighter, more modern bar.
Admit probably do not need 35, but its got the right angles and width and its cheap! Struggling to find 3mm spacers though - as need a 5mm and 10mm to match!
