Just queued up a basket on CRC and added my unique code which gave me 10 quid off. Then I got distracted by work (I know!) and by the time I got back to my PC the basket had timed out. Tried to redo and it will no longer accept the code. I know it says single use but i haven't used it! Anyone else had this? I know its only 10 quid but.....

Just email BC and they'll send you another code.

I've had this a couple of times. Each time I've completed the order and emailed CRC customer services with a screenshot of the BC code and they've refunded the £10 without issue
