The police in Bristol are looking for some help in tracing the owner of a bike. They are 99% certain is stolen but can't match it up to a crime report.

It's a black Marin Mount Vision which someone has augmented with a pair of slick tyres and a fat comfy saddle. Wouldn't be my choice of commuting sled, but it takes all sorts I guess. ๐Ÿ™‚

If you know someone who has had one stolen or think it might be yours, call the Bristol Commercial Burglary Team on 0845 456 7000.

There's a guy on BMBC forum that had a Marin Attack Trail stolen. Google search revealed that bike could be a Marin Attack Trail?

I think it might be that guys bike, White pedals, XTR rear mech? I've put a reply to his post on the forum.

Milkie, I've already been in touch with Steve and it's not the same bike I'm afraid. It would be pretty neat if it was though!

Call ATB sales on 01424 753566 with the frame number stamped on the bb shell, and they'll be able to tell you which shop bought it from them. Hopefully the shop will have logged frame number and be able to identify who they sold it to.
