Staying at the Brecon YHA in April , My mates are asking if its walking distance to a pub, ive told them it is, is it ! has anyone stayed there ?
All I remember about that YH is the walk in the inky black up an old drovers track to get to town for beers. Made for scary stumble back 🙂

Three horse shoes pub in groesffordd. Friendly, good food and only a five minute walk. If you want to walk into Brecon at night then don't take the bridleway over slwch walk into groesffordd and turn right. Follow the path and it will take you to brecon
