Looking for a travel case/bag for our tandem, as looking to take it on plane. Struggling to find anything. Any suggestions?

I already had two solo bike bag and modified them to take the tandem - basically overlapping them and clipping them together. Where abouts you based? I could sho you how outs worked
Teh other option is to use a huge cardboard box that a complete solo bike is supplied in sometimes - the tandem stripped right down will go in one
