You are easily amused, once again the daily mash fails to deliver any humor at all, that is just crap!

I think that's quite funny, have forwarded it to a couple of French pals to see if they laugh too.

I usually enjoy the Mash, but that is pretty poor.

MSP - sense of humour failure?

It's all in the details - I remember that crap french text book and it did have pictures of ****s on the bread 🙂

No, is it as unfunny as the daily mash?

Yes its a bit meh, and not as thought out as some of the Mash stories. And we all know Wiggins likes the french, and the French seem to like him.

But its the Mash. Its what they do. Its funny. 🙂

British Tdf winners: 1
French TdF winners: 36

As delighted as I am for Wiggo, BC, Sky et al, we have a long way to go before we can tell them to eat it...

Lived there for a couple of years and speaks the lingo.

The Mash latching onto news topic they know nothing about and crowbarring 'satire' on to it shocker...

Without wanting to dissect the joke: isn't that kind of the point?

The regular news has been filled with stuff about what the French think about Wiggins and how they admire him etc - so the Mash run an amusing counterpoint that he only did it to spite them.

Humour see?

“This is such an important victory both in sporting and xenophobic terms''

that's my fave quote

British Tdf winners: 1
French TdF winners: 36

Ah, but you are not living for the now.
For it is now that the French are spitting out thier onions, revel in it whilst it lasts.

Last British winner: this week
Last French winner: before the invention of clipless pedals, combined brake/gear levers and even before they hid brake cables under bar tape.

From the team car on the Champs Elysee as Wiggo crossed the line: "Pick the bones out of that!" 😀

He is Belgian after all.
(so half of him likes the French, the other half wants to be Dutch more than the Dutch do)
