I bought some brand new Rebas via mail order recently and they came in a box with some bubble wrap, however the disc brake mounts were poking through the bubble wrap and the box and had been scuffed up during transit.

I know forks are meant to be tough but would you be worried that they could have taken a bad ding in the mail and caused some more insidious damage that you wouldn't necessarily pick up until you start riding?

Am I just whining unnecessarily? What would you do?

H

most probably not, are they retail or grey OEM?

Take pics of the packaging as it arrived, send to the shop pointing out they may wish to pack stuff better in future and try them.

Damage caused externally will be visible.

I'd ask the mods to delete the thread and change nous log in ๐Ÿ˜›
