Is it common practice to sell a chainring to a customer that's possibly been previously used with two damaged teeth?
Can't believe a company would have the brass neck to send out crap like that.
Sheesh
you sure its not just the shifting teeth?
Pics?
fair play.
dont get me started on those as i politely put it muppets
1. 3 months for them to warrenty my faulty saddle
2. 3weeks 4 days to get a refund after waiting 2 weeks to be told the rims i ordered were out of stock and now discontinued
3. hung up on twice when i phoned to complain about taking nearly 4 weeks for a refund while i was still trying to get a refund that is
as thus iv'e never used nor will i use them again they make dave hinde cycles customer service look good.
Good luck mate sorting it out hope yours goes smoother than mine did
Would make a smart pastry cutter though
Yeah Mate,
Off the preferred suppliers list me thinks!
And there i was about to buy some Raceface chain rings off them today.... I shall reconsider
