Is it common practice to sell a chainring to a customer that's possibly been previously used with two damaged teeth?

Can't believe a company would have the brass neck to send out crap like that.

Sheesh

dont get me started on those as i politely put it muppets

1. 3 months for them to warrenty my faulty saddle

2. 3weeks 4 days to get a refund after waiting 2 weeks to be told the rims i ordered were out of stock and now discontinued

3. hung up on twice when i phoned to complain about taking nearly 4 weeks for a refund while i was still trying to get a refund that is

as thus iv'e never used nor will i use them again they make dave hinde cycles customer service look good.

Good luck mate sorting it out hope yours goes smoother than mine did
