Hello, I wondered if I could pester you for some advice? My front mech doesn't seem to reach comfortably over to the big ring and I wondered if I had too many spacers? It is a 2010 summer season with chain device mounts on the driveside BB area and at the moment i have two spacers on the drive side and one on the non drive side and it is a truvative outboard bearing chainset/bb.

many thanks in advance for your suggestions

use the H/L adjuster screws mate.

I assume your frame is a 68mm ?

Normally you run 2 spacers driveside and one nondriveside (68mm shell).

If the chain device mounts to the BB shell then that takes the place of one of the spacers (usually, it depends on how thick the mount is) so you'd only need one spacer on each side.

Summerseason is 68mm shell according to On One so should be alright with 2 spacers (assuming you've got fitted a chain device with a bottom-bracket mount)
