I just got a bike with a boost novatec hub and a wtb i29 rim, i already have a non boost hope pro 2 with a stans flow that is only a year old
Would the hope stans wheel be a better wheel than the wtb/novatec after it is boostinated and re-dished

which i29? that's just the internal diameter I think, there's various models of rim. I have the KOM i25 and chose them over stans, but other wtb rims are heavier.
