I blew up so hard on sunday I can't actually remember the last hour at all,just switched over to auto homing pidgeon mode.Bit of dehydration/heatstroke action going on.....bit of an ambitious double century!!!
I did something similar once after pushing too hard over the course of a fitness ride and followed it up by being sick over the handlebars onto the tyre, definately not my coolest moment.
