Excuse my ignorance, but is this 100% frame dependent or are there QR to Bolt Through conversion kits around that dont depend on the drop outs?
I've got Hope Pro 2 hubs, they certainly do a conversion kit that might get me part way there.

It'll work - a 10mm bolt-thru kit just replaces your QR axle with a solid 10mm nutted or DT/NC17/Superstar 10mm QR.
Did it with my Pro2 rear hub/Blur 4X. Made sod all difference...

rear drop outs are 10mm (front are 9mm)
so you should have no problems fitting a bolt through axle
