MET have one and Bluegrass don't, despite being part of the same company. That's what I was told when I put a nice dent in my Goldeneyes. My helmet came from a German store if that makes a difference.

They do.
From Bluegrass/Met
"thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry to hear about the crash and for sure the helmet protected you. Bluegrass offers the same crash replacement program of MET."
I've got two of these I don't wear, one brand new one in yellow, you can have if you don't get your crash replacement
They do.

B******s. Wonder if that's a recent thing or if I just spoke to the wrong person.
Always found it cheaper to buy at discount in the Sales than the crash replacements on any we have busted. CRC have some good deals on the IXS ones at the moment
It appears this maybe the case, have not managed to get a £ cost from them yet. I do have to send the helmet to Italy at my cost. So unless they're offering big discount, buying online looks the way to go.
UPDATE
Costs are £45 for replacement which is approx 50% RRP 2017 model plus I have to pay money by BACS into UK account send the helmet to Italy at my expense approx £13 Once they receive helmet and payment they will send new helmet onto me, guessing 2wks. = £58 + massive ballache
or
Buy the discounted 2016 model that I have is £63.50 at merlin just now with £3.49 cashback via quidco. Delivered this week
For the sake of £2 don't think I'll bother sending away.
